Forging technology
With forging blocks made of material 6061/7075-T6, customer requests/drawings can be flexibly milled on CNC machines. The forging technology ensures that the material is extremely compacted and can therefore easily withstand extreme loads. The forged rims are always significantly lighter in weight due to the higher strength of the material. In addition, the rims are finally polished to a high shine and protected from scratches and other damage with an acrylic varnish seal.
Powder coating
We always coat our forged rims with acrylic powder clear varnish.
The acrylic coating is characterized by the easy cleaning of the rims , and the burn-in of brake dust is also noticeable on high-gloss compacted rims (even in inaccessible areas, z.B. between the spokes). difficult.
In China it is still difficult to get good quality powder paint. That's why we import it from Germany!
