Shipping and Payment Terms

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Delivery

1.1. We deliver worldwide for orders with a total invoice amount of €99.00 or more.

1.2. If collection in person has been agreed, the seller will notify the customer that the ordered goods are ready for pickup. Upon receipt of this notification, the customer may collect the goods at the seller's registered office or at an agreed location, following prior arrangement. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. For deliveries within Germany, we do not charge any shipping costs.

2.2. Shipping costs for deliveries abroad can be found in our shipping cost calculator on our website or will be calculated separately.

2.3. Delivery Times:

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–5 working days after conclusion of the contract. For international deliveries, the delivery time is 5–20 working days. In the case of agreed advance payment, the period begins upon receipt of your payment instruction.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

3.1. For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available to you, unless otherwise stated in the product description:

  • Advance payment by bank transfer

  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)

  • Cash payment upon collection

  • Credit card payment via PayPal

  • Klarna installment purchase

3.2. Klarna Installment Purchase (available for Germany only)

The Klarna installment purchase is offered exclusively for orders with a delivery address in Germany. Payment is made in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95), or under the terms stated at checkout.
