Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.)

🔔 Important Notice for Custom-Made Products

For custom-made goods (special orders according to § 3 of our GTC), there is no right of withdrawal. This applies in particular to wheels, wheel sets and other customer-specifically designed products. Please ensure before ordering that all vehicle data you provide is correct and complete. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you in advance.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;

  • in the case of multiple goods ordered under a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods;

  • in the case of goods delivered in multiple partial deliveries or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Repayment
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The repayment will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods:

Diminution in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminution in value results from handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

🙅 Grounds for Exclusion and Premature Expiry

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (this affects all custom-made products, in particular customer-specific wheels and wheel sets);

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines – with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires PREMATURELY in the case of contracts

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
